3x5 FT CANADIAN Flag with Brass Grommets. 


The National Flag of Canada consists of two red side vertical fields with a white square at its centre, in the middle of which is a stylized red 11-point maple leaf.  Designed by George Stanley, the Canadian Flag is relatively young making its first official appearance on February 15, 1965. Earlier Flags were reminiscent of British and French symbolism, but the new design was distinctly and boldly Canadian.

When the Flag was officially revealed on Parliament Hill in 1965, Prime Minister Lester Pearson’s words on the occasion spoke of a noble hope: “May the land over which this new Flag flies remain united in freedom and justice … sensitive, tolerant and compassionate towards all.”

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours. We have warehouses on both coasts to shorten shipping times.
